By entering the awards, the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of ‘Award Entry’ and ‘Registration and Attendance’ and to be bound by both terms and conditions.
By registering, you approve that you have read the criteria set for each category and approved.
It is eligible to register in more than one category.
The participant shall apply to the appropriate categories to the best of their understanding.
Unsuccessful and successful finalists will be notified by email.
Entries must be provided via the online entry form.
The application must be well-articulated, focused and clearly presented to encompass the evaluation criteria.
All applications must be accompanied by supporting data to demonstrate performance.
Entries will not be accepted via email.
Once entries have been received, information cannot be changed or edited.
All applications should be submitted in hand before one month from the scheduled awards night. Early applications are highly recommended.
All applications are screened and reviewed by the application team.
The application team may transfer the entries to an alternative category if found more relevant. Applicants will be notified that their application is being reallocated to another category.
The Awards application team reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or late applications.
Participants are evaluated by each jury with the grading system determined by the committee chairman, and committee will justify their scoring.
The participants are ranked according to their grades through the Head of Juries Committee.
Participants will be contacted by juries for interview and site visit.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited by the organizing committee to attend the closing ceremony and announce the winner of each category.
Selection of the winners from vetted entries received from the first stage review, will be undertaken by the Award’s Technical Committee to be put forward for final endorsement by the Award’s Executive Committee.
The finalists will be selected based on stringent judging criteria.
Winners will be announced and awarded during the awards ceremony.
PNP reserves the right to modify the Guidelines and these Terms and Conditions of participation as necessary, during the term of the award cycle. PNP will update registered participants or related parties of any such modifications as appropriate.
The terms and conditions contained herein shall be subject to the applicable laws of Dubai and UAE. Any dispute that may arise shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dubai.
PNP reserves the right to publish details of the participants, shortlisted candidates, finalists and/or winners of the Award on PNP’s website and in other promotional and publicity material as it considers appropriate. This includes (without limitation) for the purpose of promoting PNP and/or the Award. By entering, participants agree that they will be willing and available to participate in publicity and promotional activities and events and/or press conferences and that PNP shall be entitled to use participants’ names, photographs, country of residence (but not full address) and other relevant information in publicity throughout all media, free of charge.
The Participant shall not disclose or divulge any information pertaining to the Award that has been designated as confidential to any third parties.
PNP acknowledges that as part of the application process, entrants may be requested to disclose confidential or sensitive information in their submissions. Without prejudice to clause 10 hereof, PNP undertakes to handle any such information submitted pertaining to the applicants with the strictest of confidence and will only ever disclose such information to its relevant Teams/Committees.
